I Forgot to Attach the Document……

Have you ever sent an e-mail, only to realize later you “forgot” to attach the file or document noted in your message? If so, there’s a new add-on for Microsoft Outlook Users called “Forgotten Attachment Detector.” It’s pretty cool, and will check your messages for specific keywords you might use to remind you before pressing the send button if an attachment needs to be attached.

Check it out, it’s “FREE,” and it can save you from getting those dreadful e-mails back from your friends saying, “where’s the attachment?”  Forgotten Attachment Detector

Happy Thanksgiving – Plus – The Tech Tip I’m Most Thankful For…

Happy Thanksgiving real estate tech guy subscribers!  Now that many of you have (hopefully) had a wonderful time with family and friends, and have probably eaten way too much, (me included) I thought it would only be appropriate to give you the tech tip I am most “thankful” for.  It’s called backing up your data.  That’s right, many people fail to back up their data regularly, and are only setting themselves up to look like a big – you got, “turkey!”  Think about it, when was the last time you backed up your entire computer?  If it’s been longer than a week, you’re at risk of losing a lot of important data.
